The Law of Attraction and The Law of Vibration
I have started gravitating towards Gratitude so much that it has become the answer to everything. It would have not been easy to come out of the darkness if I had not found gratitude. Another practise that I use daily while praying or meditating in the morning and before I go to bed or through out the day is - asking myself what do I want to think, feel and experience. For eg: I want to feel grateful, I want to think, feel and experience gratitude. I would imagine I am surrounded by an energy of light. Just so you know, we all have a field of energy around us also known as Aura or Our Energy Field. I am talking to God/Universe and I say- I am grateful for everything big and small. I am tuning into gratitude now. This is how I step into the frequency of gratitude. Now I am broadcasting and tuning into the channel and becoming that frequency.
The Law of Attraction and The Law of Vibration go hand in hand. The law also states that the universe doesn’t give you what you want, it gives you who you are!!. I have to BECOME that frequency only then can I attract. The Law of Vibration also says that everything in the universe is in constant motion, vibrating at different frequencies. So, according to this law, everything—from our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies to the objects and energy around us—is made up of energy that vibrates at specific rates.Higher vibrational frequencies are associated with positive emotions, thoughts, and states of being, while lower frequencies are linked to negative emotions and states of disconnection. By raising my own vibrational frequency through practices like meditation, prayer, devotion, pracitising and embodying gratitude, awareness of my breath, feeding my mind with positive thoughts, working on building positive and authentic connections, consuming positive content on social media, being humble to learning growing and evolving, feeding my body with healthy food. I align and attract myself to more positive experiences, people, relationships and outcomes. Essentially, the Law of Vibration teaches that we attract what we emit energetically.
The truth is, we are all energy manifesting as humans here in the 3D world, and as energies we operate on frequencies and vibrations. Our thoughts and emotions are all energies created by us. We often say,”I feel like my energy is being drained” when we are in a certain place or with certain people. Or we say “my energy is back” after we have visited a place or been with someone who is having a positive energy. Unconscious of the truth that I have the ability to attract and ability to send out vibrations ie; positive or negative, for the most part of my life I was operating from a negative victimhood energy. Until, I went deep very deep into looking at where are these coming from that I discovered that I am the creator of my life experiences. I created stories around my traumas and pain. I subconsciously attracted people, circumstances that enhanced that story because I believed that my life is a result of the actions of others. This was my BELIEF! and everything stemmed from a thought, a single thought or I must say a single negative thought. Now, they say that YOUR thoughts create YOUR reality. If that’s the case then, that means my negative thoughts create my negative reality. The other saying goes- Change YOUR thoughts, Change YOUR reality. So, the conclusion is when I can create my own reality with my thoughts, I can change my life. I don’t have to wait for anyone to drop from the sky to change my miserable life. I have the power. God gave me free will to choose my thoughts. Now, let’s talk about my favourite topic The Law of Attraction!!.The Law of Attraction is the belief that like attracts like, meaning that the energy, thoughts, and emotions we emit attract similar energy. Absolutely spot on and true in my case, coz I have a plethora of examples and experiences to prove this. If we focus on positive thoughts, feelings, and intentions, we are more likely to attract positive experiences, opportunities, and people into our lives. On the flip side, if we dwell on negativity or fear, we draw those experiences to us as well.Thus, I learned to be mindful of my thoughts, words and emotions, as they are powerful magnets for the reality I create and I can see a huge difference in my life than before.
